Orders at STANBUY.IN are confirmed over WhatsApp. Delivery details are agreed with you in that chat before dispatch.

Order confirmation

An order is confirmed only after we reply to your WhatsApp message and confirm that the product is in stock.

We dispatch from our store in Pulikal, Kondotty, Kerala. Serviceability for your address is confirmed in the chat before dispatch.

Any delivery charge depends on your location and the order, and is told to you in the chat before you confirm. Nothing is added afterwards.

We pack and hand over confirmed orders as quickly as we can. The expected timeline for your specific order is shared with you on WhatsApp.

Where the delivery partner provides tracking, we send the tracking details to you on the same WhatsApp chat.

Delays can happen due to courier issues, weather or holidays. If your order is delayed, message us and we will check its status.
